Keller foundations is a global geotechnical contractor based out of the United kingdom. During my time as a web developer there I was given the task of updating an existing application used to monitor environmental and condition monitoring projects. Here are some of the features that I added, updated and improved.
The platform was called AMP and displayed alerts, warnings, users, project managers, the types sensors deployed to projects, and their current and historic readings.
The user interface was driven largely by the Engineering Manager, and Project Manager stakeholders. Once ideas were fleshed out, I would work on details like types of queries for what type of data we wanted to see, and how to visualize meaning with styles.
Adding Bootstrap and modern markup lifted the application out of it's monolithic and static layout into a dynamic responsive interface, that Project Managers could check in on from their phones or tablets.
